A referral from one of our customers in Sun City Roseville, this customer was hesitant to have work done at first as it can be a big decision for some folks who aren't comfortable letting strangers into their home or spending a large amount of money while on a fixed income. After meeting with the customer and going over the painting process from start to finish the customer became relaxed and excited to finally get the kitchen update she had been wanting for some time. The owner of SacPlacer Painting, Tom, made sure she would have access to essential appliances and helped move her computer and printer into another section of the condo and hooked everything back up so she could still use her printer and computer while work was performed. At the end of each work day Tom would even let her cats out of the back room so they could be free until the customer returned home. By the end of the project she was sad to see us go and was impressed at how clean we left her kitchen and garage which was used as an area to spray the doors and drawers. We believe customer service is just as important as the quality of our finished product and we are more than happy to go above and beyond to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
